Research on the Subjects of Science and Technology Based on the Moral Responsibility

科学共同体作为"小科学"背景下科技主体的主要结构形式,存在着时代的局限性。"大科学"时代的科技主体是由专业共同体、职业共同体和事业共同体共同组成的"大共同体",这一"大共同体"应当是由经济伦理、责任伦理和生态理性伦理所共同构成的责任主体。从而使科技道德作为一个整体实现其内部制度保障的激励体系、道德规范的伦理责任与外部共同的价值目标的互动。

There must be limitations created by constructing the main theme and structure for science and technology ethics solely based upon the scientific community as the ＂little science＂ .By applying the new view of ＂big science＂ ,this thesis proposed that science and technology shall include professional community,vocational community,and service community as an overall ＂big community＂ and the ethics shall include the economic ethics,responsibility ethics,and eco- reason ethics as the overall constituents to the ethics.The above proposed hierarchical structure of science and technology ethics enables itself as an integrity to self regulate its incentive system from its institutional supply,and promoted mutual interactions between ethical responsibilities of moral norm and its external common value purpose.
