摘要
大牛地气田水平井试验前期,井身结构采用8in钻头完井,主要是考虑到水平段钻井存在风险,大井眼便于复杂情况的处理,后续的补救措施比较完善,当时6in水平井井眼压裂改造技术及工具不够完善,为工程施工留有余地。2010年以来大牛地气田水平井实施6in钻头完井得到普遍认同。通过分析对比,重点从提高机械钻速、降低钻井风险、降低钻井和固井成本方面阐述了水平井6in井眼完井的优越性,并结合大牛地气田实际和对苏里格气田的调研,提出今后发展的建议。
At the pre-stage of horizontal well test in Daniudi Gas-field,a 8 1/2″ drill bit was used for well completion,it mainly took the account of the risks in horizontal well drilling,big hole was appropriate for handling complex situations,consequent remedial measures were complete,the 6″ horizontal hole fracturing techniques and tools were not perfect at that time,it left room for the construction.Since 2010,6″ drill bit used for horizontal well completion in Daniudi Area has been generally accepted.Through analysis and comparison,the advantages of ROP improvement,reducing drilling risk and the costs of drilling and cementing of 6″ bit completion are emphatically denoted and in combination with practical situations of Daniudi Gas-field and the investigation of Sulige Gas-field,suggestions are proposed for future development.
