摘要
以对氯苯乙腈为原料,经30%NaOH碱解得到对氯苯乙酸,再经NBS溴代,微波辅助下Na2CO3碱解,制得4-氯-α-羟基-苯乙酸。产品总收率达65.1%,纯度为97.5%。该路线避免了剧毒品氰化钠的使用和副产物对氯苯甲酸的产生,具有原料易得、处理简便、产品纯度高等优点。
4-Chloro-α-hydroxyphenylacetic acid was prepared by alkaline hydrolysis of 4-chloro-benzeneacetonitrile as starting material in 30% NaOH,followed by the bromination with NBS and alkaline hydrolysis in Na2CO3 aqueous solution under microwave irradiation.The product was obtained in total yield 65.8%,purity 97.5%.This synthetic route avoids the using of cymag with high toxicity and the side product of 4-chlorobenzoic acid,so it has the advantages of cheap raw material,simple operation and high product purity.
