摘要
研究了一种复合材料无人机系统的电磁兼容设计。在分析系统中造成电磁干扰的因素和电磁干扰的传递方式的基础上,讨论了系统设计中的屏蔽技术和静电放电防护技术,研究了复合材料电搭接的方法,分析了各子系统间的布局、布线方法对系统电磁兼容性能的影响等问题。仿真验证了数据链路天线反射板的合理尺寸。
EMC(Electromagnetic Compatibility) reliability design of a composite material UAV( Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) is researched. The factors causing electromagnetic interference(EMI) and the transmission mode of the interference are analysed. The system shielding technique and static-discharge protection method are discussed. The method of composite material electricity bonding is given. Moreover, some problems affecting EMC performance of the system, such as layout and routing for some parts of the system are studied. The size of data-link antenna reflected board is simulated. Some simulation results are demonstrated.
