摘要
缩小城乡收入差距的有效办法是创造农民增收条件,提高农民增收能力。而探寻影响农民增收的因素是促进农民增收的前提和依据。社会政策环境、农民获取信息的环境、农民的交往环境是农民增收的三大重要影响因素。
The effective way of narrowing the income gap between the urban and rural is creating conditions to improve farmers＇ income. To explore the factors that affecting farmers＇ income is the premise and basis. The three important factors of increasing the of farmers＇ income are social policy environment, farmers obtaining information environment and the farmer＇s association environment.
