新型农村社会养老保险需求现状研究——基于河南省五地市的抽样调查

On the Demand Situations of New Rural Social Endowment Insurance System——Based on the Survey of Five Cities in Henan Province

当前新型农村社会养老保险试点工作正在加速推进。河南省五地市的农村养老保险需求现状的抽样调查显示,制定合理的缴费标准和养老金待遇支付发放方式、加大政府补贴力度、提高养老金待遇水平、充分发挥集体养老和传统养老方式的积极作用,既是当前农村居民的实际需求,也是完善新农保制度、推进试点工作、实现全覆盖目标的关键所在。

At present, the process of the implementation of new rural social endowment insurance system is accelerated. Based on the data of present situation of endowment insurance system in Henan, the optimization of fee and fund system should be enforced, the support of government should be advocated, the standard of insurance should be raised, as well as the collective endowment insurance and the traditional endowment insurance.
