农村工业化进程中失地农民的问题分析——以贵州省站街镇为例

An Analysis on the Problems of the Landless Peasants' in the Process of Industrial Urbanization——Take Zhanjie Town of Guizhou as an Example

文章选取贵州省站街镇为研究对象,对目前工业征地造成的失地农民的生存现状以及征地过程中存在的主要问题进行探讨,发现:工业征地造成少数农民再就业而多数农民闲置在家;失地农民事前征地信息少,事后常发生多主体矛盾;工业用地造成资源污染,农民生存环境恶化。在此基础上,文章从信息完全化、补偿金社会保障安排、刺激就业积极性等方面提出了几点对策措施来解决失地农民问题。

Selected the Zhanjie town of Guizhou as the researching object, this paper analyzes the status of landless peasants＂ and the main questions caused by industrial land expropriation. The results showed that few landless peasants re-employed and most of idled in the home; landless peasants had less information in advance and often occurred multi-agent contradiction afterwards; the land resources polluted and the farmer＇s living-environmental de-gradated. Some proposal are put forward to solve the problems of the landless peasants＇.
