But it is puzzled by some factors such as the over imitation, the lack of excellent product, the in-completed productive chain, and the serious homogeneous competition, etc. Therefore, to revitalize national cartoon industry, we have to take steps to reinforce the copyright protection, carry out classic project, stress on national classic cartoon image and so on.
