党的十六大以来,国有企业绩效得到了大幅度提升。文章从宏观经济层面的新一轮经济增长所带来的资产增值效应、国家国有资产监督管理体制改革所带来的体制效应、中观层面的国有经济产业布局调整效应、微观层面国有企业本身进行现代企业制度改革的制度效应以及国有企业本身具有的各种资源优势五个方面对其原因进行分析。

Since the 16th C.P.C. national congress, state-owned enterprises＇ benefits got greatly enhance. This article analyzes its reasons from five aspects： the new round of economic growth bringing about the asset appreciation effects and the country＇s state assets supervision and administration system reform bringing about system effects by macroeconomic level; state-owned economy industry layout and adjustment effect by mesospbere; state-owned enterprises＇ modem enterprise system reform bringing about institutional effect and various resources advantages of themselves by micro level.
