构建公共图书馆无障碍建筑环境研究

Study on Constructing the Accessible Architectural Environment of Public Libraries

公共图书馆无障碍建筑环境应具备便捷性、安全性、实用性及可持续性。目前,美国、日本及我国台湾地区的公共图书馆无障碍建筑环境已经在政策、理论及实践方面取得了较好的成绩,而我国大陆地区的公共图书馆无障碍建筑环境的实践刚刚起步,仍需要进一步完善和更新。2011年文化部对公共图书馆提出"无障碍、零门槛进入"的要求,公共图书馆应该抓住时代赋予的新机遇,将无障碍建筑环境建设纳入图书馆立法体系,引入"多方参与"的设计理念,注重无障碍设计细节,并加入通用设计理念,以创建公共图书馆无障碍建筑新环境。

The accessible architectural environment of public libraries should have some characteristics of convenience, safety, practicality and sustainability. At present, the accessible architectural environment of public libraries in the United States, Japan and Taiwan have been made great achievements in policy, theory and practice, while the practice of the accessible architectual environment in our country starts just, it needs to be perfected and modified. In 2011, the Ministry of Culture puts forward requirements of ＂accessible and free service＂ for public libraries. Public libraries should seize the opportunity and put the establishment of accessible architectural environment into the library legislation system, introduce the design idea of multilateral participation, pay attention to detail designs, and introduce universal design idea, in order to realize the accessible architectural environment of public libraries.
