摘要
本文选择美国NI公司的数据采集设备,并采用其图形化编程环境LabVIEW开发了水力机械试验台测试系统。所设计的测试系统可以对混流式、轴流式、贯流式水轮机以及可逆式水泵水轮机模型进行各种试验,并能自动处理试验数据,生成相应的特性文件、报表、特性曲线及曲线包络。该系统具有运行稳定可靠、自动化程度高、操作简便等优点,可以推广应用到其他模型试验台。
This paper chooses the equipments of the National Instrumcnts Corporation and its graphical programming languagc-LabVIEW to develop the hydraulic machinery experimental bench measurement system. The system can be used to test the hydraulic characteristics of the model of the hydraulic turbine of Francis, axial flow, tubular, and reversible pump-turbine. When finished the system will automatically process the data, print the reports, draw the characteristic curves and the envelops as well. The measurement system has the advantages of high accuracy, reliable stability, high automation and easy manipulation, which could be generalized to other model benches.
