摘要
在目前的城市房屋拆迁实践中广泛存在着私权被侵犯等现象。为缓和并解决社会矛盾,保护私人合法权益和促进城市建设平安和谐进行,通过分析新拆迁条例的不足,考察并借鉴国外拆迁与征收优秀做法的基础上提出了完善新拆迁条例,加强法制教育和改进拆迁补偿纠纷的调处机制等私权保护的对策。
The violation of private rights is quite common in present urban house expropriation. In order to ap- pease and resolve the social conflicts, protect the individual legitimate rights and interests, and promote peace and harmony in urban construction, through studying defects of the new regulations on house expropriation and revie- wing and learning the successful cases of expropriation in foreign countries, this paper presents some suggestions to improve New Regulations on House Expropriation, strengthen legal education and perfect the intermediation and disposal of disputes over compensation and resettlement for expropriation.
