摘要
随着社会需要的发展和技术的不断成熟,信息通信服务面临重大变革,开放信息服务应运而生。由于开放信息服务具有动态自治和价值链变化等特点,导致相关的运营支撑和服务管理具有明显的不确定性。本文在NGOSS和ITIL的理论基础上,借助系统抽象的方法,从功能和技术两方面构建开放信息服务运营支撑和服务管理系统。该系统既能保证系统的灵活性,又能给开放信息服务提供稳定的支撑。
With the development of market requirements and the maturity of technology,ICT services face great changes.Today,the ICT services widely used are more open and more integrated.The operations of the services are more dynamic,and the value chain of the operations are more complex.Obviously,in this situation,operation supports and service management become more complex and uncertain.Based on TM framework and ITIL,methodologies and technologies for operation support and service management systems are discussed in this paper,which are used to buid stable and flexible operation support and service management systems for the open and integrated ICT Services.
