射频热凝联合臭氧消融术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛 被引量:1

Combined Radiofrequency Thermocoagulation and Ozone Ablation as the Treatment for Discogenic Low Back Pain

摘要 目的探讨射频热凝术联合臭氧消融术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的临床效果。方法 2009年12月至2010年10月间,采用射频热凝术联合臭氧消融术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛25例,分别于术前、术后3 d和术后3个月采用视觉模拟评分法(v isua l ana log sca le,VA S)及改良M acN ab方法进行疗效评价。结果与术前相比,术后3 d和3个月症状得到不同程度改善。VA S评分:术前(7.40±0.96)分,术后3 d(4.16±1.40)分,术后3个月(3.12±1.79)分(P<0.05);术后3个月的整体效果要优于术后3 d(P<0.05)。结论微创经皮靶点射频热凝结合臭氧注射,结合了两者不同的作用机理,治疗效果良好,疗效确切、安全,是治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的有效方法。 Objective To explore the clinical effects of the treatment for discogenic low back pain by combined radiofrequency thermocoagulation and ozone ablation.Methods From December 2009 to October 2010,25 patients suffering from discogenic low back pain were treated by combined radiofrequency thermocoagulation and ozone ablation.Visual analog pain scales(VAS) were recorded preoperatively,3 days and 3 month postoperatively,in addition,clinical effects were evaluated with the modified MacNab method.Results The symptoms were improved in different extent after treating;VAS scales in different period:preoperative〉3 days 〉3 month(P〈0.05);The clinical effect 3 month later was better than that 3 days later(P〈0.05).Conclusion Combined radiofrequency thermocoagulation and ozone ablation,as a minimally invasive,percutaneous therapeutic management,integrating both mechanisms of action,showed satisfactory clinical effects and safety on the treatment for discogenic low back pain.
