小型冷库内部融霜与预冷过程的数值模拟 被引量:3

Numerical Simulation of Small Cold Storage Under Pre-Cooling and Defrosting Conditions

摘要 建立一个小型冷库模型,用CFD仿真技术模拟了冷库内部启动机组预冷和停机除霜两种工况下库内流场和温度场。研究表明,在保证预冷效果的同时,风速越大,预冷效果越好;吹热风除霜效果好,但库温回升快,应根据霜层厚度和除霜耗能寻找最优的除霜时间。 The model of a small cold storage was established, and the flow field and temperature field in cold storage were simulated by FLUENT under following conditions, pre-cooling and stop to defrost. The result shows that the pre-cooling wind speed should be chose reasonably while guarantees the pre-cooling effort, hot air defrost had a favorable defrosting performance but increasing the temperature of cold storage rapidly, and it is essential to seek optimal defrosting time according to the frost thickness and energy consume.
