儿童重症手足口病神经系统的变化特点

Observation of Neurologic Changes in Children with Severe Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease

目的 探讨手足口病对儿童神经系统的影响.方法 2007年6月～2009年8月对我院住院的手足口病368例重症病例记录神经系统表现及并发症,行脑脊液、脑电图、颅脑CT、胸片等检查.结果 有358例神经系统受累（97.28%）.其中脑炎97例,脑干脑炎203例,脑膜脑炎57例,188例发生神经源性肺水肿（NPE）,有6例出现迟缓性瘫痪,死亡1例.结论 手足口病患儿神经系统并发症较多,病情较重,因此手足口病神经系统受累的早期诊断非常重要.

Objective To explore the effect of Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease（HFMD） on the nervous system of children. Methods From June 2007 to August 2009,368 severe HFMD cases were admitted to our hospital, and their complications,including the results of cerebral spinal fluid, brain CT,electroencephalography anti X-ray chest films wel~ analyzed. Results Three hundred and fifty-eight severe HFMD cases occurred nervous system symptoms（358/368,97. 28% ） ,including 97 cases of encephalitis,203 brainstem encephalitis and 57 meningeal encephalitis. One hundred ant] eighty-eight cases occun-ed neurogenic puhnonary edema（ NPE} ,6 cases had flaccid paralysis and 1 case was dead. Conclusion Patients with HFMD are in very high risk of having all kinds of neurological syndromes and complications. Therefore,it is important to diagnose whether HFMD patients are experiencing neurological complications.
