摘要
工业遗产保护的关键首先在于发现,从众多工业资源中发现有价值的工业遗产成为进行科学保护和合理再利用的前提条件。因此,基于国内外的相关理论,分析三线建设期间重庆工业遗产的现状,探讨其工业遗产的价值评估体系,并初步对三线建设时期重庆主要的工业遗产进行分级评估。最后选取重钢进行具体分析,精准地根据类型学的方式进行各项价值评估,并初步拟定工业遗产名录。这一价值评估体系旨在为不同地区的同类项目提供一定的借鉴和参考。
The key of protection about industrial heritages is to find.To find valuable heritages from countless resources becomes a prerequisite for scientific protection and adaptive-reuse.Based on it,it analyzes the current situation about the industrial heritages of Three Construction in Chongqing through relevant theories.To explore the based-value assessing system and establish the quantitative methodology are aims to categorize as the different levels,which serve to further protection.And taking Chongqing Steel factory for an example,it analyzes the adaptability of based-value assessing system which provides a supporting relevance for other heritage protection.
