摘要
对常州客运中心预留地铁站房工程中诱导缝的设置和施工过程进行分析,详细介绍具体构造措施和施工方案。工程完成后任取两块墙板进行裂缝描述分析,结果表明:地下工程中设置诱导缝,可使裂缝集中在诱导缝处出现,大幅度减少了墙板裂缝的数量和宽度。工程完工后观测表明:墙面没有渗水现象,诱导缝处的渗水点经集中处置后效果较好。同时,因为围护结构的存在,有限度地消弱诱导缝处墙体结构的强度,并不会对建筑结构整体强度产生影响。诱导缝的应用降低了地下工程外墙防裂工程费和防渗维护费。
The construction process and design of inducing joint for an underground project of Changzhou are analyzed.The design details and construction program are introduced.After construction,the fissures of two wallboards are described.The results show that fissures may occur intensively in the position of inducing joint when the construction process is carried out.The measures can not only reduce the amount,but also decrease the width of fissures.There is no water seepage on the wall,and the performance of the leaks in the inducing joint are good after properly treated.Meanwhile,the measures that weaken the strength in the inducing joint,can not influence the whole construction strength because of the exterior protected construction.The application of the inducing joint may reduce the project cost of anticrack and the seepage-proofing repairs expense.
