1.5T MR三维双回波稳态水激发序列在腮腺段面神经成像中的应用

摘要 目的探讨磁共振成像(MRI)三维双回波稳态(3D-DESS)序列联合水激发(WE)抑脂技术在腮腺段面神经成像中的应用价值。方法选择20例无面神经疾患的健康志愿者,采用1.5T超导型磁共振扫描仪,以T1WI-SE、T2WI-TSE及3D-DESSWE序列扫描腮腺区域,沿面神经走行方向对3D-DESSWE序列的数据进行多角度重建,将获得的面神经重组图像与解剖学图谱进行对照。结果 20例志愿者腮腺内面神经主干及颈面干、颞面干均得到清晰显示,图像评分均为2分;重组图像中面神经呈高信号,腮腺实质呈低信号,二者对比明显;腮腺导管和下颌后静脉呈高信号,颈外动脉血呈低信号。结论 3D-DESSWE序列可清晰描述腮腺内面神经的解剖结构,可用于术前定位面神经和肿瘤解剖关系。
