糖尿病性心肌病发病机制的实验研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 研究显示,各种心血管并发症如大中动脉和冠状动脉粥样硬化增加均与糖尿病(DM)有关,而微血管病变(除视网膜和肾脏病变外)也可引起心脏结构和功能病理性改变。1972年Rubler等将这种DM患者在无冠心病和高血压情况下发生的心室功能紊乱定义为DM性心肌病。现将近年来DM性心肌病发病机制的实验研究进展综述如下。
