With the further ＂Reform and Opening＂ and the establishment of socialist market economy, the education and management among the party members of college students has become increasingly outstanding and provoked the attention from the party organizations and ideological and political education workers in colleges. Doing a good job in college students＇ ideological and political education, improving their qualifies in ideology and politics and profession and promoting their playing a vanguard and exemplary role are important strategic tasks to ensure our qualified party successors.
