35例肩袖损伤的常规MRI特点 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析肩袖部分和完全撕裂的MRI特点。方法:35例肩袖损伤患者,所有患者采用常规MRI检查,扫描序列包括轴位T1WI,T2WI FS,斜冠状位T1WI,T2WI FS和矢状位T2WI。结果:肩袖完全撕裂共10例。冈上肌腱撕裂9例,其中1例同时向冈下肌腱延伸,1例向冈下肌腱及小圆肌腱延伸;1例完全撕裂发生在肩胛下肌腱。小撕裂共4例,中等撕裂5例,大撕裂1例,无巨大撕裂。肩袖部分撕裂共25例,其中关节囊侧12例,肩峰下滑囊侧3例,1例同时在滑囊侧和关节囊侧,肩袖内部分撕裂9例。肩袖撕裂原因包括外伤,肩峰退变,钩状肩峰,肩锁关节退变,肱骨大小结节,喙突退变等。结论:肩袖部分和完全撕裂在常规MRI上有一定的信号和形态学特点帮助诊断,同时一些继发性改变有助于本病的诊断。
