摘要
随着计算机与网络技术在图书馆领域的广泛应用,图书馆文献信息资源管理进入了一个新时代。如果说高新技术代表着图书馆的一种刚性管理手段的话,那么图书馆人力资源管理更应体现一种柔性管理,即人文关怀。以人为本的人文关怀是提高图书馆管理水平、优化图书馆管理理念的有效方法和途径。
With the extensive application of computer and Interact techology in the library field, the management of library literature infonuation resource has come into a new era. As for the library field, high and new techology represents rigid management means while human resource manage- ment embodies flexible management means,that is, humanistic care, which is people -oriented and a kind of effective way to help improve the levd of library management and optimize library management philosophy.
