摘要
合成了新型聚合物型柴油降凝剂,并采用红外光谱对聚合物进行了表征。X射线衍射技术对不同降凝剂的结晶性能分析表明,聚合物的结晶性能差别很大,结晶度不同,蜡晶分散效果不同。同时发现,当两者结晶性能状态匹配时蜡晶分散效果变好,降凝性能最佳,并由柴油体系降凝性能证实。
The new polymeric diesel pour point depressant(PPD) was synthesized and the characteristic groups of polymer were characterized by IR.The crystallinities of different PPD were measured by the X-ray diffraction analysis.The results showed crystallinities of the polymers had obvious difference.The wax crystal dispersibilties will be different caused by the difference of crystallinity of the polymers.When crystallinity of the wax matches with that of polymers the wax crystal dispersibilty is well and pour point depressing will be changed well,it had been proved by investigation of pour point depressing character of diesel system.
