The Design and Development of Online Evaluation System for Digital Libraries

根据学术性、功能性和操作性原则,设计了一套数字图书馆评价指标体系。该体系包括资源、技术、服务三个一级指标和19个三级指标。据此研究开发的数字图书馆在线评价网站具有检索评价、分类评价、录入评价和对比评价等功能,并以开放赋权为特色。

Based on principles of academics, function and operation, we design an evaluation indicator system for digital libraries, which consists of resources, technology and service as top indices with covering 19 bottom indicators. We research and develop an online evaluation system expressed by website, in which one can do searching evaluation, classified evaluation and comparative evaluation, specially characterized by the open weights.
