摘要
对BALIS馆际互借服务的体系构建、过程控制、效益评估等问题进行了详细描述,并提出当前工作存在的问题及解决对策。
BALIS （Beijing Academic Library ＆ Information System） interlibrary loan service has been running more than three years, and has made remarkable achievements. Starting with the operation and management of BALIS interlibrary loan, this paper summarizes and analyzes the advantages of the ILL system. It gives a detailed description of the interlibrary loan system construction, process control, efficiency assessment, and then proposes some of the problems and solutions.
