摘要
在网络时代,广泛倾听读者意见,与读者深入地互动沟通,对图书馆的发展起着越来越重要的作用。清华大学图书馆通过读者服务宣传月活动、读者问卷调查、读者之声平台、社会网络服务、多层次虚拟参考咨询等多种方式加强与读者互动,深化读者服务,吸引读者参与图书馆的相关工作,使读者的智慧体现在图书馆服务的方方面面,取得良好的效果,并得出若干启示。
At the networking age, listening to the voice of users widely and interacting with users thoroughly have played a more and more important role in the development of libraries. Tsinghua University Library enhances the interaction with users, deepens the services for users through several means such as the activity of user service month, user survey questionnaire, the voice of users, social network service, multi-level virtual reference service,etc. ,and attracts users to take part in the library related jobs,It makes the wisdom of users to be reflected in many aspects of the library service, achieves good effects and also gets some enlightenment.
