摘要
针对110 kV电网站端的备用电源自动投入(以下简称备自投)装置在实际运行中存在的问题,在基于能量管理系统(energy management system,EMS)的广域备自投控制策略中提出了10 kV单母线分段、双分段四母线备自投,110 kV线路、站间备自投的启动判据和动作逻辑。对备自投装置之间、站端备自投与广域备自投之间的配合动作次序和优先级别进行分析,认为广域备自投装置具有成本低、动作策略更具全局性,是电网故障自恢复的发展方向之一。
Aiming at problems in operation of automatic stand-by power switching device (hereinafter referred to as ASPSD) in terminal of 110 kV power grids, the paper presents threshold criterion and action logic of 10 kV single busbar section and 2-section-4-busbar ASPSD, 110 kV lines and inter-substation ASPSD in wide-area ASPSD based on energy management sys- tem (EMS). The paper analyzes interoperation order and priority between ASPSDs and substation-end ASPSD and wide-area ASPSD and it is believed that wide-area ASPSD is low in cost but wide in action strategies, which is development trend of self-recovery of grid fault.
