冠心平对麻醉犬冠脉结扎致心肌缺血的保护作用

Protection of Guanxinping for myocytes in anesthetic dog with myocardial ischemia caused by coronary artery ligation

目的研究冠心平对麻醉犬冠脉结扎致心肌缺血的保护作用。方法采用麻醉开胸犬冠状动脉左前降支结扎造成急性心肌缺血模型,将36只Beagle犬随机分为假手术组,模型组,心可舒组及冠心平大、中、小剂量组,每组6只。观察给药后犬血清肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平的变化。通过N-BT染色,观察心肌梗死的范围。结果冠心平组犬血清中LDH和CK的浓度较其余组显著降低,心肌梗死范围较其他组显著缩小。结论冠心平能明显减轻犬心肌梗死时的心肌缺血程度,从而保护心肌。

Objective It is to study the protection of Guanxinping for myocytes in anesthetic dog with myocardial ischemia caused by coronary artery ligation.Methods The acute myocardial ischemic canine models were established by left anterior descending artery ligature after opening thoracic cavity under anesthesia.Totally 36 Beagle dogs were randomly assigned to six groups,which were the sham operation group,model group,Xinkeshu group,and Guanxinpin groups with large,median,and small doses of the drugs.The concentration changes of serum creatine kinase（CK） and lactate dehydrogenase（LDH） were observed and the infarct size was measured by N-BT dyeing.Results The concentrations of CK and LDH in the Guanxinpin groups were significantly lower than that in the other groups,as well as the infarct size significantly smaller than that in the other groups.Conclusion Guanxinpin could protect the myocytes in the ischemic canine preparation as demonstrated by the smaller infarct size and lower concentration of biomarkers.
