试论领导教育目的之构成

On the Composition of the Purposes of Leadership Education

领导教育目的是社会对培养什么样的领导人才的预期或理想,是对领导人才质量的总的规定,反映了社会对领导教育活动的价值取向。领导教育目的所要解决的主要问题是培养什么样的社会角色,这种社会角色具有什么样的素质。从培养什么样的社会角色的角度,领导教育要培养社会和组织的领导者,这构成了领导教育的社会需要目的;从领导者所需具备的素质的角度看,领导者应该具有科学的领导价值与理念、良好的领导品德、高超的领导智能、美好的领导情意、丰富的领导知识和健康的身体素质,这构成了领导教育的个体发展目的。

The purpose of leadership education is the expectation or ideals of the society about leaders, and also the overall provision of the quality of leaders, which reflects the value orientation of the society concerning leadership education. The main problem that leadership education tries to solve is what kind of social role need developing in society and what is the corresponding quality. From the perspective of social roles, leadership education aims at training leaders of community and organizations; from the perspectives of the quality required of leaders, leaders should own scientific leadership values and ideas, good leadership qualities, superb leadership intelligence, strong leadership affection, a wealth of leadership knowledge and physical health.
