摘要
文章基于有效的管理企业价值活动这一目的,提出了一种层次分析法和模糊线性规划相结合的优化企业内部价值链的模型。模型中基于层次分析法推导出评价指标体系中各指标的综合权重;采用模糊线性规划法,建立适合价值链评价的综合数学模型,并通过测算得到最终的内部价值链优化模型。研究表明,层次分析法大大简化了各指标的权重计算,模糊线性规划使内部价值链管理的效果得到了定量研究,从而科学地建立了优化模型。
For the purpose of managing the value activities effectively,this article proposes a matrix which is combined of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy linear programming to optimize internal value chain,derives the comprehensive weight of each index in evaluation system based on analytic hierarchy process,establishes the comprehensive mathematical matrix to evaluate the value chain by the means of fuzzy linear programming and get the final optimization matrix by calculating.The result shows that analytic hierarchy process greatly simplifies the calculation of the weight of each index,fuzzy linear programming to the effect of the internal value chain management has been quantitative,so establishes the optimization matrix scientifically.
