摘要
当前基建矿井部门绩效考核基本靠个人印象打分决定,这样就失去了绩效考核工作的真实性和公平性。本文将结合基建矿井的特点,从基建矿井部门绩效考核标准的设计上进行优化,以探寻基建矿井部门绩效考核更趋于合理化、科学化的方法。
The current performance quantitative assessment of the infrastructure mine sector basically relies on the personal impression,thus it loses the authenticity and fairness of performance evaluation.This paper will combine the characteristics of the infrastructure mine,optimize the design of the performance assessment standard and explore the approach to make the performance assessment be more rational and scientific.
