摘要
应用抽油机井动态参数仿真方法,建立了悬点示功图、曲柄轴扭矩、电机输出功率、系统输入功率等动态参数模型,以此为基础完善了系统效率仿真模型。基于定流压生产,以系统输入功率最低为优化设计的目标函数,考虑约束条件,建立了抽油机井节能参数优化设计模型。通过应用实例,说明通过优化抽汲参数可以提高系统效率,降低系统输入功率。
Using the simulation methods for calculating dynamic parameters of rod pumping wells,the polished rod dynamometer card,crank torque,motor output power and system input power mathematical models were set up,and the system efficiency simulation models were improved.Basing on the constant pressure production,taking the least system input power as the optimization design objective function,considering the constraints,the optimization models of suction parameters of energy-saving in rod pumping wells were built.According to the application example,the system efficiency can be improved and the system input power can be lowed after suction parameters optimization.
