摘要
两江新区将是目前我国政策最优的新区,集西部大开发优惠政策、综合配套改革试验区政策、国务院3号文件政策、内陆保税港区政策为一体,还将比照浦东新区和滨海新区的政策。新的发展战略的实施必将对重庆房地产业的发展产生重大的推动作用。本文从重庆市房地产的发展现状入手,通过对两江新区的解读分析了两江新区对重庆房地产发展的影响,并提出了一些建议。
Liangjiang New Area is the new district with the optimal policy,integrates the preferential policies of the western development,comprehensive reform pilot area policy,the State Council Document No.3 policy and the policy as a whole inland bonded port area,and will compare the policy of Pudong New Area and the Marina District.The new development strategy will have a significant role in promoting the development of Chongqing real estate.In this paper,from the present situation of development of the real estate in Chongqing City,through the interpretation of Liangjiang New Area,its influence on the real estate development of Chongqing is analyzed and some suggestions are made.
