基于工程量清单计价模式下施工招评标研究

Evaluation of Construction Bidding Based on the Bill of Quantities Mode

工程量清单计价模式是我国建筑行业市场化运作的重要标志,针对工程量清单计价模式下施工招评标的可操作性存在的诸多问题,本文着重分析了工程量清单编制的要点,并深入评价了综合评分法与合理低价中标法的缺陷与改进办法,在此基础上对最适合评标方法的确定提出了思考与建议。

Bill of Quantities mode is an important symbol of market-oriented operation of China＇s construction industry.Based on the existing problems in operability of construction bidding evaluation under the Bill of Quantities mode,the paper analyzed the main points the preparation of Bill of Quantities;and in depth evaluated the deficiencies and improvement ways of comprehensive grading method and bidding evaluation in reasonable low price,and on this basis made thinking and recommendations on the determination of most appropriate evaluation method.
