二十一世纪,可持续发展成为人类共同的主题,建筑技术科学的发展,赋予建筑室内外物理环境全新的涵义。近年来,随着全球能源问题的日益严峻和"可持续发展"理念在国内的推广,绿色建筑设计越来越引起广大建筑工作者的重视。发展绿色建筑的过程本质上是一个生态文明建设和学习实践科学发展观的过程。其目的和作用在于实现与促进人、建筑和自然之间高度的和谐统一;经济效益、社会效益和环境效益之间充分的协调一致;国民经济、人类社会和生态环境又好又快地可持续发展。

In the twenty-first century,sustainable development has become the common theme of human beings;The development of building technology science gives the new meaning for the physical environment inside and outside the building.In recent years,with the increasingly serious problem of global energy and the promotion of ＂Sustainable Development＂ concept in the country,the majority of construction workers have drawn increasing attention to Green Building design.Development of green building is essentially a process of ecological civilization construction and learning and practice of the scientific concept of development.Its purpose and effect is to achieve and promote the high degree of harmony among people,architecture and the nature;the coherence of economic,social and environmental benefits;the sustainable,good and fast development of national economy,human society and the environment.
