摘要
伴随网络基础设施的发展和企业对信息管理概念的认识逐步深化,大型企业在进行信息系统建设的同时积累了大量的经验和教训。文章分析了当前进行信息系统建设时通常采取的两种方式和各自优缺点,并总结了大型企业信息系统的特点和问题,包括数据服务不统一,结构松散等。据此,提出了建立统一数据服务平台,以数据需求为导向建立信息系统的方式,并提出了通过信息使用成本内部结算进行信息部门管理的方法。
With the development of network infrastructures and deepening of information management concept,the conglomerates have accumulated a lot of experience and lessons during the information system construction.The article analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of two ways to construct the system,and summarizes the caused problem,including inconsistent data services,loose structure and so on.Base on this,the article proposes to build a unified data service platform,and construct the system with the drive of data demands instead of the Business demands.In addition,suggests using internal settlement by the cost of information to help information department to manage.
