摘要
2011年以来出现了许多食品安全事件,凸显了我国食品企业社会责任缺失的严重问题。文章从社会责任的内涵入手,着重分析了食品企业社会责任缺失的表现及原因,并提出了加强食品企业社会责任建设的基本思路。
The food safety incidents which occurred since 2011 reflects the serious lack of social responsibility in food corporation.Begin with the concept of social responsibility,these research analyses the actual state and the reasons for lack of social responsibility,and gives ways to strengthen the construction of social responsibility in food corporation.
