档案信息化建设使档案工作进一步走向规范化、数字化、网络化、社会化,是一项关系档案事业发展全面的战略举措。档案信息化建设是一个系统化工程,笔者重点阐述了信息化软件平台建设、多媒体技术的应用和信息化管理人才的培养三个方面的内容。
