当代教育是执政党教育;执政党教育是具有世界时代性的教育;人类进步科学文明素质是在以执政党为本;以社会化大生产为依托为具体内容造就出!国家、执政党、世界时代教育,分为二部分;一部分是执政党挑战自身进步科学文明素质行为的规范与规则,构成大教育的主体和框架;另一部分就是执政党与后来人关于进步科学文明素质的相互要求!

Contemporary education is the ruling party education.The ruling party education has epoch character.Human development and science and culture quality are based on the ruling party and socialization production.State,the ruling party and world time education can be divided into two parts： one part is the standard and rule that the ruling party challenges its progress and science and culture quality,which is the framework;the other is the mutual requirements for the ruling party and the progressive science and civilization quality!
