摘要
根据高职教育的特点及其发展需要,结合该课程的特点和食品生物技术专业培养目标的要求,从优化整合教学内容、改革教学方法等方面进行了探讨。并期望该文对高职院校食品生物技术专业进一步搞好酿造酒工艺学教学,提高教学质量具有一定指导意义。
According to the characteristics and development needs of higher vocational education,combined with the characteristics of the course and the training goal of food biological technology specialty,the paper discussed the teaching reform of brewing wine technology from optimizing and integrating the teaching content,reforming the teaching methods,hoping to provide reference for advancing brewing wine technology teaching and improving teaching quality.
