摘要
随着我国经济飞速发展,当代大学生的消费观念也在发生变化,他们对食堂的饮食质量、服务质量有了更高的要求。这就迫切需要高校食堂服务软件和管理水平及时跟上。在本文中,结合我院实际分析了高校食堂规范管理与服务意识的培养的重要意义,并提出了一些实效措施。
Along with the rapid development of economy of our country,the contemporary university students' consumption idea also changed.They have higher requirement for diet quality and service quality of dining room.It is urgent for college dining room to improve their service software and management level in time.In this paper,combining with our college,the significance of standard management and service consciousness training of college dining room is analyzed,some effective measures are proposed.
