浅议自贡市农村食品安全现状及对策

Discussion on Status of Food Safety in the Countryside of Zigong and Countermeasures

食品安全是关乎国计民生的大事。但是,食品安全在我国地域广大,人口众多的农村依然面临严峻的挑战。本研究采用文献检索、问卷调查方法调查了自贡市十余个村庄食品安全现状,并针对发现的问题提出了相应的对策,以应对农村食品安全面临的挑战。

Food safety is a major event in people＇s livelihood.However,in the countryside of China which has vast territory and large population,food safety is facing severe challenge.This research investigates the status of food safety on the more than ten countrysides of Zigong,by document retrieval method and questionnaire,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for solving the challenges of food security in rural areas in China.
