摘要
应用动网格技术以及多相流模型中的VOF模型计算分析了一种带搅拌结构的卧式双轴再沸器的功率特性.CFD模拟结果表明,总的功率准数与相对应的表观雷诺数的关系为Np=7.15(,Re*)-0.775,表观雷诺数的指数为-0.775,即功率准数的对数与表观雷诺数的对数呈线性关系,但并不成倒数关系;黏度、流速以及搅拌轴位置对功率的大小均有一定影响.
The power performances of a horizontal biaxial stirring device were computed and analyzed, using the dynamic meshing model and VOF model. The CFD result shows that the total power number versus Reynolds number is Np = 7.15 (Re*)-0.775. That is to say, the logarithmic power number decreases linearly with the logarithmic apparent Reynolds number in the laminar regime on a log-log plot, but the index of the apparent Reynolds number is - 0.775 and therefore into a reciprocal relationship does not exist. It also shows that viscosities, flow rates and position of the shafts all have some impact on the power consumption.
