电力设施的安全是电网企业安全运行的基础,而电力设施遭受破坏将给电网运行带来严重后果,并造成极坏的社会影响。尽管安监部门采取了多种技术、管理手段进行防范,但因为电力设施分布广、种类多,给保护防范工作造成了很大的困难。为了解决上述问题,通过远端数据采集技术、无线数据传输技术、数据库技术、数据挖掘的理念建立电力设施全面的保护网和防范系统,从而建立统一的安全管理体系,保障电力设施的安全及公司战略目标的实现。

The safety of electrical facility is the foundation of safe operation of electrical network corporations,the destruction of electrical facility will lead to serious result and bad social effect.Although safety and supervision department had adopted all kinds of technical and management methods to prevent these from happening,electrical facility is everywhere,and is of many varieties,it＇s quite difficult for the protection and prevention.To solve those problems described above,we can build up a wide protection and prevention system for electrical facility by using remote data sampling technology,wireless date transmission technology,database technology,and data digging theory,so as to build up a unified safety management system to realize the protection of electrical facility and the goal of the company.
