Some Considerations on the Decent Work Put Forward by International Labor Organization

体面劳动以与"不平衡、不公正、不可持续"的全球化作斗争的理念,促进新型劳动关系的价值体现。中国社会正处于转型的关键阶段,体面劳动不仅仅是一个经济问题、社会问题,更是一个政治问题,实现体面劳动,关键是要形成系统的保障机制和广泛的社会共识,让内容形成强大的制度合力,让劳动者在体面的劳动中得到尊严和自身价值的体现,进而形成积极进取的职业精神,而维护劳动者权益是工会的神圣职责,体面劳动需要强势工会。

Based on the idea of fighting with the globalization of ＂imbalance, unfairness and unsustainability＂, decent work can help foster the value of new labor relations. China＇s society is in the key process of transformation; and decent work is not only an economic and social problem, but also a political problem; the key to realize decent work is to formulate a systematic guarantee mechanism, hold the common views, make the contents to be the institutional force, make the labors to earn respect and the value of themselves in decent work, which will in turn raise the spirit of ＂striving to make progress＂. Protecting the labors right and interest is the responsibility of Labor Union and decent work needs the support of powerful Labor Union.
