转基因检测技术研究进展

Research progress on detection of transgenic crops

随着各国转基因标识制度的相继建立和公众对转基因产品关注度的提高,人们对转基因技术的灵敏度和准确性提出了更严格的要求,因此各种转基因检测技术也就成了研究热点。近十几年来国外的科学研究处于本领域的前沿,为了促进转基因作物的相关科技研发、推广,使人们对于全球转基因检测技术的现状以及未来发展趋势有较为清晰和全面的了解,较全面地对国内外各种转基因作物检测技术进行了综述。

With the establishment of countries＇ transgenic marking system and more public attention to transgenic productions, more strictly regulations on sensitivity and accuracy of transgenic technologies were built. As a result, transgenic detection technologies were the hot spot now. In the recent decades, researches abroad keep the state at the forefront of transgenic detection technologies. Different kinds of transgenic detection technologies researched both in China and abroad were summarized in order to improve and generalize the researches on transgenic crop and to be aware clearly and completely in public about current situation of global transgenic technologies and their future development trend.
