邻二甲苯催化燃烧催化剂制备方法的研究

摘要 以堇青石蜂窝陶瓷整体载体为基体,以γ-Al2O3为涂层材料,以Cu-Mn复合氧化物为活性组分,制备了一系列的催化剂,并考察了其对邻二甲苯的完全催化氧化性能。 Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs) were harmful to human's health and could pollute environment,so they must be controlled and be dealt with properly.In this work,many monolithic catalysts were therefore prepared and examined,which used cordierite monoliths as carrier,γ-alumina as washcoat material and Cu-Mn-Ag metal oxides as activity component,and their catalytic activities for complete oxidation of o-xylene were tested.The effects of preparation solvent,catalyst pretreatment,and metal loading on the activity of Cu-Mn for o-xylene oxidation were investigated.
