异噁草酮高效降解菌W2发酵培养基的研究 被引量:2

摘要 对异噁草酮的降解菌W2菌珠的发酵培养基进行了研究。应用正交试验设计得到降解菌W2的最佳发酵培养基组成:葡萄糖1%,酵母粉0.5%,淀粉1.2%,豆粕1.2%,硫酸亚铁0.01%,氯化锰0.02%,氯化钙0.1%。 Fermentation medium for high efficient degrading bacteria W2 of Clomazon was studied,and optimal component of bacteria degrading strain W2 fermentation medium was got from orthogonal experiment which included glucose 1%,yeast extract 0.5%,starch 1.2%,soybean meal 1.2%,ferrous sulphate 0.01%,0.02% manganese chloride and chlorinated Calcium 0.1%.
