Syndecan-1与bFGF在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其与临床病理的相关性

Expression and clinical relationship of Syndecan-1 and bFGF in carcinoma of endometrium

目的探讨Syndecan-1、bFGF在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法对50例子宫内膜癌、26例子宫内膜不典型增生及20例正常子宫内膜组织中的Syndecan-1、bFGF进行检测。结果 Syndecan-1、bFGF在子宫内膜癌、子宫内膜不典型增生及正常子宫内膜组织中的强阳性表达率分别为88.89%、88.00%、56.00%和27.78%、32.00%、66.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Syndecan-1的低表达与组织分化、有无肌层浸润、临床分期和有无淋巴结转移有关。bFGF的高表达与组织分化、有无肌层浸润和临床分期有关,与有无淋巴结转移无关。结论 Syndecan-1及bFGF是判断子宫内膜癌预后的重要指标。

Objective To analyze the expression and clinical relationship of Syndecan-1 and bFGF in endometrial cancer tissue samples.Methods Syndecan-1、bFGF proteins were studied immunohistochemically in 50 patients with endometrial adenocaerinoma,25 with normal endometria and 18 with atypia hyperplasia.Results The positively expressed rates of Syndecan-1 and bFGF in normal endometria,atypia hyperplasia,and endometrial cancer were 88.89%,88.00%,56.00% and 27.78%,32.00%,66.00%,respectively.There were significant differences between groups.Low expression of Syndecan-1 was associated with tumor differentiation,depth of invasion,the clinical stage and the focal lymph node metastasis.High expression of bFGF was associated with tumor differentiation,depth of invasion,the clinical stage,but not associated with the focal lymph node metastasis.Conclusion The expression of Syndecan-1 and bFGF in tumor tissue are important to the prognosis of endometrial cancer.
